Dementia Care Matters

As individual people, we passionately believe that 'Feelings Matter Most' in dementia care. We aim to model ourselves how BEING person-centred is at the heart of our approach to learning and developing services. Being feeling based in our approach to training and coaching Enabling development of emotional intelligence and practical skills Inspiring hearts and minds with new ways of working Nurturing and supporting staff's emotions at work Growing confidence in people and teams As a team, we think it is fundamental to be a whole person at work. Joining up the personal and professional is the way to bring out the best in people. Therefore we hope you will get to know us far more than any short biography can convey. We hope to inspire others by being inspiring ourselves
